PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
The customer is entitled to return the purchased products, free of charge within (14) fourteen calendar days, only if the return is shipped through the courier company General Mail with which georgiakosmadaki.gr cooperates. In case of change of the product, the first change is made without charge of return and shipping of the new order if it is again carried out with the partner courier company. Further changes are subject to a refund of € 5.00. Before you return your order, please contact us either by phone at +0306978162151 or by emailing us at info@georgiakosmadaki.gr to receive approval for your return request from the Returns Department at georgiakosmadaki.gr. Once you have received our approval, please visit https://www.taxydromiki.com/ and after filling in your address you will find the nearest store to serve you. Call them to pick up the package to be returned from you, or you can deliver it to any General Post Office. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- The product not to have been used.
- The refund must be made within (14) calendar days.
- The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail receipt, Shipping note, Invoice, Shipping note - Invoice etc.)
- The product must be in the same condition as received by the customer, without damage, and its packaging should be in the same condition as received, as well as the tabs on the product exactly as they were shipped.
- n the case of a return of a product that may be included in a special offer , no refund will be given unless the gift is returned.
The refund will be made the same way the payment was made. In the event of a cash purchase, you are required to let us know by giving you a bank account in order to deposit your money. (IBAN, Beneficiary Name, Bank) We recommend that you keep the copy of the shipping document from the courier until we process your refund. Small volume return shipping (eg wallets, women's handbags, etc.) is free if shipped with a courier company that our company cooperates with. Return of bulk shipping (eg suitcases) is charged at 6 euros.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the settlement of this Convention is the courts of Athens. The invalidity of a term or part of it does not invalidate another term or the Contract or part thereof. The remaining terms remain in force and fully develop their legal effects. By accepting the terms of use, each user declares that he is aware of them, has fully understood them and is committed to complying with them.
The above terms and conditions of use of the site, as well as any modification thereto, are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of the foregoing terms is contrary to law, shall cease to apply and be hereby repealed without prejudice to the validity of the other terms. This is the entire agreement between the Company and the visitors / users of its pages and services and only binds them. No modification of these terms will be considered and will form part of this Agreement unless it has been formulated in writing and incorporated therein.
