Shipments within Greece are carried out by courier companies with whom our company cooperates. Delivery time for handmade is 5-8 business days, and for jewelry is 1-3 business days, depending on your region. We will notify you by phone or e-mail. Shipping costs are free of charge for purchases over 70 Euros, otherwise for purchases under 70 Euros the amount is 5 Euros. Payment upon delivery is 3,50 € for all orders. The courier companies we work with have a shipping tracking system. For each shipment, a specific tracking number is provided. This number is sent to the customer by email. The customer will be able to enter this number in the "Shipping Search" field on the courier's website and be informed of the order's shipping. Shipments are carried out daily except Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and strike days.
If a customer refuses to receive products more than 3 times, then the company reserves the right to refuse to ship the products.
In case your order shipment becomes impossible due to weather conditions or other irregularities, we will contact you.
Our company has no responsibility for any damages that may arise to customers from failure to execute an order due to force majeure or when the goods in the order are not available from their respective supplier. In these cases, our company will also inform you. It is important to make sure that the address you entered is the correct one as it will not be possible to correct it after your order has been shipped.
Cyprus & Europe
Georgia Kosmadaki, in partnership with General Mail, informs you that shipping costs for Cyprus as well as other European countries are 25 € for orders under 300 €. For purchases from 301 € and above the shipping will be completely free. Your orders are usually shipped within 10-15 business days. If the shipping address is more than 20 kilometers from the corresponding courier, there may be additional delays in delivery but you will be informed immediately.
